OF THE JULY 17, 2007 MEETING

OF THE WESTERN PENNSYLVANIA REGION

OF THE ANTIQUE AUTOMOBILE CLUB OF AMERICA


A Meeting of the Western Pennsylvania Region of the Antique Automobile Club of America was held on September 18, 2007. at the American Legion Post 982 (Pipetown) Hall. Latrobe PA, commencing at approximately 7:30 PM. The meeting was called to order by President, Harvey Eger, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. 

Minutes of the August 21, 2007 Meeting:

The Minutes of the August 21, 2007 Meeting were printed in the September Round-Up. The President asked if there were any additions or corrections to those Minutes. Hearing none, the President called for a Motion to approve the Minutes of the August, 2007 meeting. Upon Motion of Dick McKelvey, seconded by Howard Finney the Minutes of the August 21, 2007 Meeting where approved.

Treasurers Report:

Barbara Erny presented the Treasurers Report.  A motion to accept the report as presented was made by Charles Schifano and seconded by Ron Underwood and unanimously carried. The Treasures Report was approved.

OLD BUSINESS:

Tours:   

Charlie Schifano our Tour Chairman gave the following report. The only remaining tour this year is the Christmas Season Tour to the Cochran House in Dawson.

2007 Chance Car:

Stan and Eleanor Kanick the Chance Car / Ticket Sale Chairpersons reported that the 2007 results were successful again for this major fundraising project for the club. The car was won by the Shaw family from Greensburg and it was presented to them at the annual car show.

The car selection committee has begun the investigating for a potential Chance Car for the coming year.
