MINUTES
OF THE NOVEMBER 18, 2008 MEETING
OF THE WESTERN PENNSYLVANIA REGION
OF THE ANTIQUE AUTOMOBILE CLUB OF AMERICA

A Meeting of the Western Pennsylvania Region of the Antique Automobile Club of America was held on November 18,2008 at the American Legion Post 982 (Pipetown) Hall. Latrobe PA, commencing at approximately 7:30 PM. The meeting was called to order by President, Harvey Eger, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. There were 64 members in attendance.

Minutes of the October 21, 2008 Meeting:
The Minutes of the October 21, 2008 Meeting were printed in the November Round-Up. The President asked if there were any additions or corrections to those minutes. Hearing none the President called for a Motion to approve those Minutes. Upon Motion of Howard Finney seconded by Ron Underwood and unanimously carried, the Minutes of the October Meeting where approved.

Treasurers Report:
Harvey Eger then presented the Treasurers Report. A motion to accept the report as presented was made by Gary Weigand and seconded by Jack Wolfe. The motion unanimously carried and the Treasures Report was approved.

OLD BUSINESS:

Tours:
Marianne Caruso, our Tour Chairperson reported on the arrangements for the “Christmas in Dawson- Cochran House trip” that has been scheduled for December 4th. The price is $18.00 per person and includes music, dinner and a tour (plus you ladies will remember the shopping opportunity on the third floor). The Tour is very close to being filled up at this time.

Christmas Party:
Connie Schifano and Marianne Caruso have everything all lined up for Lakeview Lounge on December 20. Reservations are due to Connie by December 12th. We will be in the Imperial Room on the main floor
