Chance Car:

Stan and Eleanor the Chance Car / Ticket Sale Chairpersons reported that ticket sales are slow. Only 824 ticket stubs and money have been turned in and last year at this time we were already out of tickets. We have only six more weeks to sell tickets. To sell more tickets schedule taking the car out through Stan and Eleanor. Next year we will not end the car raffle until October.

Picnic:

This year the Annual Picnic is scheduled to be held July 29, 2007 at the Cooperstown Club Picnic Ground. John Ross Kuhns the Picnic Chairman

reports that he intends to spice up the event with a balloon toss, etc. The menu will include Roast Pig, Turkey, Potatoes and all the fixings. Members are asked to bring a desert or salad. The cost has been set at $1.00 per member and $10.00 for non members.

Christmas Party:

Marianne Caruso and Connie Schifano our Chairpersons for this year’s Christmas Party, scheduled for December 1st at Lakeview reported that they have secured entertainment for the event. Our entertainment will be presented by Kathy Rhoads, who sings "Oldies", not just country.

John Kuhns reported nothing new but may be considering a different supplier and displayed one of the club’s older shirt designs.

Hospitality:

The ladies provided a medley of pies headlined by a multi berry pie for tonight’s refreshments.

Car Show:

Carol Calabrace reported she still needs some help in some specific areas including a need for more sponsors.

National 2010 Founders Tour:

Howard Finney had nothing new to report other than $1,250 will be put into the National Tour bank account.
