MINUTES

OF THE JULY 17, 2007 MEETING

OF THE WESTERN PENNSYLVANIA REGION

OF THE ANTIQUE AUTOMOBILE CLUB OF AMERICA

A Meeting of the Western Pennsylvania Region of the Antique Automobile Club of America was held on July 17, 2007. at the American Legion Post 982 (Pipetown) Hall. Latrobe PA, commencing at approximately 7:35 PM., 45 Members were in attendance. The Meeting was called to order by President, Harvey Eger, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.

Minutes of the June 19, 2007 Meeting:

The Minutes of the June 19, 2007 Meeting were printed in the July Round-Up. The President asked if there were any additions or corrections to those Minutes. Hearing none, the President called for a Motion to approve the Minutes of the June, 2007 meeting. Upon Motion of Howard Finney, seconded by John Wolfe the Minutes of the June 19, 2007 Meeting where approved.

Treasurers Report:

Barbara Erny presented the Treasurers Report. A motion to accept the report as presented was made by Howard Finney and seconded by Charles Barron and unanimously carried. The Treasures Report was approved.

OLD BUSINESS:

Tours:

Charlie Schifano our Tour Chairman gave the following report. Thirteen members from the club traveled to Dublin Ohio to the 25th Annual Arthritis Foundation Show and returned with 6 trophies. There were 1500 cars shown on Friday and 2500 cars participated on Saturday. The show continues to be very well managed and there was great entertainment both evenings.

Eleven Members have registered to travel to Macungie (Aug. 3-5). 28 members have signed up on the sheet that is being circulated for Old Fashioned Days at Idlewild Park for Wednesday, July 25th. Bill Savage has reserved pavilion C1.

Progressive Dinner Tour:

The Progressive Dinner Tour is Sunday, August 12 and all of the Tour Host Volunteers have been arranged. It will start at the Finney home at 9:00 AM. A sign up sheet is available tonight.
