Tours:

Charlie Schifano is continuing as our tour Chairman for this year. He mentioned that we need some helpers to work with him on some individual tour arrangements and suggesting other tours we might have under consideration. Presently tours in the planning stages include The Dawson Dinner & Show, The Arthritis Foundation Show in Dublin Ohio and The Das Awksch Fescht Show in Macungie, PA. Some members may also attend the AACA Eastern Division Meet in Binghamton NY. Tour sign up sheets for these tours were circulated around the meeting.

 Progressive Dinner Tour:

The President then asked if the Members wished to have a Progressive Dinner Tour this year.  In order to have such an event, the President said we would have to have someone head up the event.  The President then asked if anyone present would like to serve as Chairman. After some discussion several people did start to volunteer to host portions of the very popular Progressive Dinner Tour. Tour Chair Charlie Schifano will coordinate this event.

 Picnic:

This year’s Picnic is scheduled to be held in July 2007, at the Cooperstown Club Picnic Ground.   The President reported that at this time we do not have a chairman for this year’s picnic.  Unless we have a chairman or co-chairmen, there will not be a picnic this year.  The President then asked if there was anyone willing to serve as chairman of the Picnic. There were no volunteers at this point.

 Christmas Party:

The President indicated that we do not have a chairperson for this year’s Christmas Party, and asked if there was anyone who wished to serve in this capacity there was some discussion. We may have a volunteer for this position although it will be confirmed at a later date.
