Calendars: 2009 Calendars are on order.

Annual Meeting:
The Annual Meeting will be held at Dino’s Saturday, January 31 2009. John reports the meeting will start at 2:30 and dinner will be set out at 4:00. Members price is $20.00 and reservations are due by January 23rd.2009

Chance Car:
The Board is acting as the chance car committee along with assistance from Charlie Schifano and Tom Ulishney. Anyone else wishing to help locate a car for next year should contact Bob Inhoff. The Board has decided to look at Corvettes as well as Mustangs so anyone who sees either a Corvette or Mustang in the $8,000 to $10,000 should let the board know.

2008 WPR Club Awards:
All ballots for the 2008 Jack Clark and Foster Fike Awards are to be turned into Ron Caruso by November 30th. Ballots received after that time will be destroyed Ron Caruso, Fred Nichols and Al Wirick are serving on the Awards Committee.

NEW BUSINESS:

2009 Dues:
Dues for 2009 are now payable. Send your Dues payment to Bob Inhoff,
160 Beaver Rd., Jeannette, PA. 15644. Don’t forget to send in your National AACA Dues. You must be a current National member to vote at our Annual Meeting.

Program:
Nancy Bennett who is a CPA in Latrobe and is involved in Investment Consulting and Estate Planning presented a program concerning Personal Finances. It was very interesting and something that is of concern to everyone at the present time. Nancy was introduced by John Kuhns.

Kitty:
This month’s 50/50 is $36.50 and was won by Ron Caruso. The Kitty Balance was $170.75. Adding the 50/50 Balance of $36.50 brought the Kitty Balance to $207.25. Doris Barron’s was drawn and she was not present.

On the Motion of Howard Finney, a second by Nancy McKelvey and a unanimous vote the meeting was adjourned at approximately 8:45 PM
