MINUTES A Meeting of the Western Pennsylvania Region of the Antique Automobile Club of America was held on November 20, 2007 at the American Legion Post 982 (Pipetown) Hall. Latrobe PA, commencing at approximately 7:30 PM. The meeting was called to order by President, Harvey Eger, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. Guests: Frank Verchuck and John Migyanko Minutes of the October 16, 2007 Meeting: The Minutes of the October 16, 2007 Meeting were printed in the November Round-Up. The President asked if there were any additions or corrections to those Minutes. Howard Finney said that he won his AACA Senior Master Judge for acquiring 50 points as a judge and not for serving 50 years in that position. The minutes were corrected. The President then called for a Motion to approve the Minutes of the October, 2007 meeting. Upon Motion of Howard Finney, seconded by Gary Wiegand, the Minutes of the October 16, 2007 Meeting where approved. Treasurers Report: Barbara Erny presented the Treasurers Report. A motion to accept the report as presented was made by Charles Schifano and seconded by Robin Kanick and unanimously carried. The Treasures Report was approved. OLD BUSINESS: Tours: Charlie Schifano our Tour Chairman gave the following report. The remaining tour this year is the Christmas Season Tour and lunch at the Cochran House in Dawson on Friday December 14. We will leave Hosses at 11:15 AM. 2008 Chance Car: Tickets for the 2008 Chance Car have been printed. Following tonight’s meeting we are asking all members who are available to stay after the meeting and help with stuffing envelopes. We are in need of a Chairman for the coming year. The Chance Car will be kept in Greensburg by Charlie Schifano. 5 |
