MINUTES A Meeting of the Western Pennsylvania Region of the Antique Automobile Club of America was held on February 20, 2007. at the American Legion Post 982 (Pipetown) Hall. Latrobe PA, commencing at approximately 7:30 PM., 47 Members were in attendance. The Meeting was called to order by the President, Harvey Eger, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. The President then called for a moment of silence in memory of Bill Rusnock, who passed away suddenly on February 16, 2007 Guests Guests in attendance were Jim Bowman attending with Jack & Nancy Wolfe and Gary Swarer attending with Bill Savage. 2007 Dues: Members are reminded that 2007 Dues are now payable. In addition to WPR dues, Members must pay their dues to National, and present their National Membership card to Treasurer Barb Erny, for notation of dues payment. We must submit a roster to National, and only paid members may be listed. Minutes of the November 21, 2006 Meeting: The Minutes of the November 21, 2006 Meeting were printed in the December Roundup. The President asked if there were any additions or corrections to those Minutes. Hearing none, the President called for a Motion to approve the October 17, 2006 minutes as printed in the November Round-Up. Upon Motion of Howard Finney, seconded by Jim Smith and unanimously carried, the minutes of the November 21, 2006. Meeting were approved. Treasurers Report: Barbara Erny presented the Treasurers Report. A motion to accept the report as presented was made by Gary Cooper, seconded by Fred Nicholls and unanimously carried, the Treasurers Report was approved. 5 |
