MINUTES
OF THE October 21, 2008 MEETING
OF THE WESTERN PENNSYLVANIA REGION
OF THE ANTIQUE AUTOMOBILE CLUB OF AMERICA

A Meeting of the Western Pennsylvania Region of the Antique Automobile Club of America was held on October 21,2008 at the American Legion Post 982 (Pipetown) Hall. Latrobe PA, commencing at approximately 7:35 PM. The meeting was called to order by President, Harvey Eger, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.

Minutes of the September 16, 2008 Meeting:
The Minutes of the September 16, 2008 Meeting were printed in the October Round-Up. The President asked if there were any additions or corrections to those minutes. Hearing none the President called for a Motion to approve those Minutes. Upon Motion of Howard Finney seconded by Jack Wolfe and unanimously carried, the Minutes of the September 16, 2008 Meeting where approved.

Treasurers Report:
Harvey Eger then presented the Treasurers Report. A motion to accept the report as presented was made by Howard Finney and seconded by Ron Underwood the motion unanimously carried and the Treasures Report was approved.

OLD BUSINESS:

Tours:
Marianne Caruso, our Tour Chairperson for 2008. She reported on the arrangements for the “Christmas in Dawson- Cochran House trip” that has been scheduled for December 4th. The price is $18.00 per person and includes music, dinner and a tour (plus you ladies will remember the shopping opportunity on the third floor). A sign up sheet was passed around at the meeting and it will be presented again at the November 18 Meeting.
