annual banquet to present a $1000 scholarship to Tom McDowell from Ligonier High School Collision Repair Techniques program.  Tom’s plans are to attend Wyotech. 

12.  Merchandise:  John Kuhns reported that he thought everyone was up to date on their merchandise orders.  John still has some denim shirts.  Order forms should be given to John.

NEW BUSINESS

1.  Annua lAudit: Tom Milligan reported the annual audit was held this past week by Harvey Eger, Barb Erny and Debbie Sheetz. The committee reported that all was in order. 

2.  2006 Chance Car: The Board will be looking for a Chance Car for this year’s raffle.   Members with suggestions should pass them along to the Board.  A motion was made by Howard Finney to destroy the 2005 Chance Car ticket stubs, which was seconded by Tom Ulishney and unanimously carried. 

3.  National Membership:  Mark reminded all Members that in order to belong to the Region, you must be a Member of AACA.  Members will be required to present their National membership cards in order to vote at next year’s Annual Meeting. 

ELECTION OF OFFICERS 

The Board of Directors has acted as the Nominating Committee, since no one volunteered to participate when asked. Three Directors are to be elected this year.  The following persons have been placed on the ballot John Ross Kuns, Barb Erny, Al Terrick, Don Brandt and Dan Calabrese.   Mark asked for nominations from the floor.  There were none. The membership was also instructed to vote for the winner of the Jack E. Clark Sr. Award. The award is given to the member or members who contributed the most to the Western Pa Region in 2005.  The Board nominated the following individuals for consideration:  Tom Milligan, John Kuns, Charlie Schifano, Tom and Dodie Ulishney, Connie Schifano and Debby Rusnock, Dodie Ulishney, Tom Ulishney, Barb Erny, Dan Calabrace, Mark DeFloria, Fred Nichols, Debbie Sheetz. Ken Bankovitch, Howard Finney and Warren Sheppick.  Each nominee’s contributions were noted on the ballot following their name. 

The election was held and the ballots counted by the Judges of  Election, Gary Cooper, Fred Nichols, Guy Davis and Dave Sheetz.  Director John Rusnock supervised the tabulation of ballots and determination of results.   The following were elected to a two year term:  John Ross Kuhns, Barb Erny and Don Brandt.
