Rosters:

The 2008 Rosters are now available. Please see Bob Inhoff to get your copy. The roster does not yet include an updated list of cars owned by our Members. That should be available at the next meeting. The current roster lists 166 Members. Since the rosters were printed, an additional 8 Members have paid their dues. 

Misc:

The Punxsutawney Region has invited the WPR to join them for a celebration of Jimmy Stewart's 100th birthday, Sponsored by the Jimmy Stewart Museum. They are looking for 100 antique vehicles for a car show on Saturday May 24. Cars will assemble at the Jimmy Stewart Airport at 10 AM, and then drive to the show area on Philadelphia Street. The event is scheduled to run from 10 to 4 PM. Commemorative badges will be given to the first 100 antique cars in the show. No prizes or awards will be given. 

Youngstown State University is holding a symposium on April 25 & 26, entitled the "Automobile in our Culture". Two tours are planned for Friday the 25th, the GM Lordstown Plant, which produces the Cobalt and Pontiac G5, and the Packard Museum in Warren Oh. A limited number of flyers are available if anyone is interested.  

The First Annual Bluegrass 100 Road Tour will be held in Kentucky on October 6-9 (the week of the Hershey Swap Meet). Flyers are available if anyone is interested. 

Program:

Bob Shugars will present tonight's program, concerning getting your car mechanically ready for the season, as well as other tips to improve performance. 

Kick Off Party:

The KickOff was a great event. We had 71 members in attendance and they enjoyed great food, fellowship and wonderful entertainment provided by the Sweet Adelines. A big THANK YOU TO Sally Wirick and Molly Detwiler for a job well done. 

Kitty:

Tonight we will return to the practice of adding 1/2 of the 50/50 proceeds to the kitty. This month's 50/50 was won by: Harvey Eger. Badge fines were collected, bringing the Kitty to $36.50. 

On motion of Howard Finney, seconded by Jack Wolfe and a unanimous vote the meeting was adjourned at approximately 8:45 PM
