MINUTES
OF THE FEBRUARY 19, 2008 MEETING
OF THE WESTERN PENNSYLVANIA REGION
OF THE ANTIQUE AUTOMOBILE CLUB OF AMERICA

A Meeting of the Western Pennsylvania Region of the Antique Automobile Club of America was held on February 19, 2008 at the American Legion Post 982 (Pipetown) Hall. Latrobe PA, commencing at approximately 7:30 PM. forty members were present.  The meeting was called to order by President, Harvey Eger, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. 

The President reported that several members had been ill, or were recovering from surgery, namely Julia Smith, Al Friend, Ron Underwood and Lou Zecchini and on behalf of the membership, wished them all a speedy recovery. The President also mentioned Warren Sheppick who is not doing well in his recovery. 

Ron Caruso, Secretary has been appointed as our “Sunshine Person” to send out cards to our ill members. If anyone knows of a situation which would warrant a card from the Region, please let Ron know. Ron advised that this month he sent cards to Warren Sheppick and Bill Stump.    

Minutes of the November 20, 2007 Meeting:

The Minutes of the November 20, 2007 Meeting were printed in the December Round-Up. The President asked if there were any additions or corrections to those Minutes. Hearing none the President called for a Motion to approve the November Minutes. Upon Motion of Howard Finney, seconded by Ron Underwood, the Minutes of the November 20, 2007 Meeting where approved. 

Treasurers Report:

Harvey Eger presented the Treasurers Report.  A motion to accept the report as presented was made by Dick McKelvey and seconded by Tom Ulishney and unanimously carried. The Treasures Report was approved.
