This car was originally purchased in Richmond, Virginia by Richard Harper who was I the military, his original home was in North Carolina. The car was later purchased by Frank French and taken to Germany, then brought back to his home in Pennsylvania. An attempt was made to locate the original owner, Richard Harper, but it was unsuccessful.
